I love pizza! Who doesn't? Thin crust and gluten-free too? Even better. Made entirely out of yuca? AMAZING. I first learned about yuca pizza crust in Costa Rica on a yoga retreat that I went on back in July. The retreat was inclusive of all healthy gourmet meals. One of my favorite quick little getaway spots is Joshua Tree. As much as I love LA, it's always nice to have a little break from the stress of city life, lights, and action. It's only a 2.5 half hour drive (w/o traffic) and it definitely feels as though you are in a different world. I've been a total of 4 times now and I have loved it every single time.
